Shipping and returns

CareAline products ship from our manufacturing warehouse in Fall River, Massachusetts. Please allow approximately 24-48 hours for shipment to be released (no shipping goes out on Saturdays or Sundays). If you need expedited shipping, please email us at info@carealine.com as soon as you place your order, as well as make a note when you checkout.

CareAline Refund and Exchange Policy

CareAline’s line care products (all line management products; wraps and sleeves) were developed to provide you with line management solutions that are not only safe but comfortable as well. We offer a wide range of sizes in order to bring you the best fit and encourage you to measure according to specifications found here https://carealine.com/faqs/#.  Please do not hesitate reaching out if you need any help with measuring. 

If this is your first time using CareAline line care products and you are finding that the fit just isn’t right, please reach out to us at info@carealine.com. As these are medical garments, we are unable to resell a wrap or sleeve once removed from our original packaging but understand that we are all human. There may be some swelling or other factors that may have affected your measurement and you won’t know this until you take the product out of the package and try it on. As we wish for you to find the comfort and safety you were looking for, we will be more than happy to work with you to make sure the product is applied correctly. We are happy to talk you through this over the phone, via email, text or video chat but first reach out to info@carealine.com. If we can’t find a solution with the product you have and you require a different size, we will provide a replacement or refund as long as the request is within 30 days of purchase. We cannot offer refunds for shipping costs. 

Sometimes, a line may be removed earlier than expected and in these cases, we will accept a return in the original unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase. Again, shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer will be responsible for return shipping. 

Reach out to info@carealine.com or 617-548-7419 for return instructions. Within 5 days of receiving the product, it will be inspected and you will receive a confirmation email. If found to be in satisfactory condition as outlined, your refund will be processed which should appear on your statement within 5 days. If you have not yet received your refund after 5 days, please contact your financial institution first.

 

DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If you received a defective, incorrect or wrong item, kindly email info@carealine.com. Please include a picture of your packing slip and a picture of all the items in your order. As soon as this is all confirmed, a postage paid label will be sent to your email for return. You will then need to print the label and ship the package back to CareAline.

Once the item is received, a replacement item will be sent out immediately if available or a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.

 

All PPE (masks and isolation gowns) are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our PPE products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If you receive a defective item, please see the above policy. 

 

Shipping Policy

CareAline takes pride in processing your order in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends). We are not responsible for a package once it is picked up by the shipping company. If your package is lost or you have not received delivery, please first call the Post Office (800) 275-8777 or FedEx (800) 463-3339 for assistance on locating the package or filing a claim. CareAline will not be held responsible for non-delivered packages. If your package is returned to sender, postage will not be refunded. Similarly, if you refuse a package for any reason, postage will not be refunded. Please note that once a tracking number is given, it can take up to 24 hours to update.

 

The current pandemic affects shipping times and may cause delays. CareAline takes care to process your order quickly, but we do not have control over the delivery speed once it leaves our Massachusetts warehouse.
